A 20-hour hybrid UI/UX & Front End Hackathon

Welcome to UI Alchemist – a hub where innovation and imagination converge!

Embark on a design and development journey orchestrated by GL Bajaj in collaboration with **Navya (Design Community) **of GL Bajaj with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at GL Bajaj Institute Of Technology and Management. This event invites individuals from diverse backgrounds to redefine user interfaces, crafting digital experiences that captivate hearts and minds. Participants have the choice to either focus on UI/UX design or Front-end development.

Terms & Conditions:

Inclusivity is our focus! We welcome participants of all backgrounds. The problem statement will be unveiled a day prior to competition, offering flexibility in your choice. Team up, with a maximum of four members per team.

Submission Guidelines:

Participants can choose between two tracks:

UI/UX Design Track: Designs can be created using any format from various UI/UX design software, such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Framer, Adobe Illustrator, etc. Showcase your creativity and innovation using the design tools you are most comfortable with.
Front-end Development Track: Create functional front-end developments using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, Angular, etc. Bring the designs to life through your coding skills and development expertise.
The goal is to promote diversity and flexibility in design and development approaches, allowing participants to express their ideas using their chosen focus area.

Key Dates:

Submit your pre-design (for UI/UX track) or front-end development (for Front-end track) entries by January 1, 2024. Ensure your innovative creations reach us before this thrilling journey concludes.

- 6:00 PM: Problem Statement revelation.

- 8:00 AM: Report to the college campus.
- 8:30 - 9:30 AM: Team check-in (mandatory).
- 10:00 AM: Hackathon begins.
- 1:00 - 2:00 PM: Break for all teams; presentations submission.
- 2:00 - 3:30 PM: Presentations by teams.
- 5:00 PM: Announcement of results. 💫💫
